Therapy Is an Investment
I want you to feel that you’re getting something meaningful in return.
Each moment of reflection, each new skill, and each small shift gives you something to draw on when life asks more of you.
I also want therapy to be easy to navigate, especially when you already have enough on your plate. I offer:
A secure online client portal for paperwork and forms
Secure messaging between sessions
Evidence-based treatment tailored to your needs
Questionnaires when they are helpful in understanding what you’re experiencing and tracking progress
Coordination with other providers, with your permission, when it makes sense for your care

Therapy Service FAQS

I don’t bill insurance directly. I choose to work privately because I want therapy to feel like a space that belongs to you. This gives us more freedom to focus on what you need, without having to fit your therapy into insurance requirements like a diagnosis or medical necessity.
I know private pay isn’t the right fit for everyone, and that’s completely okay. I can provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to see whether your insurance offers out-of-network reimbursement.
If you need to use insurance, I’m also happy to help you find someone who accepts your plan. Finding the right therapist matters, and I want you to have options.

I know life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I just ask that you give me 24 hours’ notice whenever you can.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t make it to your appointment, the full session fee will be charged. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and giving me notice allows me to offer that time to someone else.
And of course, I know that sometimes things happen that we can’t plan for. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out. We can talk about it together.

Yes! I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I have an office space in Greenville, SC for in-person sessions, and I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients throughout South Carolina.

I work with individuals ages 16 and older, as well as couples and families. I support teens and adults through the challenges and transitions that can come with growing up, relationships, family changes, and major life transitions. I also welcome individuals who have experienced foster care or adoption, including those navigating life after aging out of the foster care system.
Children and teens may also participate in family therapy when it fits the family’s needs and goals.

I offer both 55-minute and 75-minute therapy sessions. You can find current session rates and pricing above. Together, we can decide which session length best fits your needs.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
I also know that life happens. Emergencies, unexpected changes, and hard days are part of being human. If something comes up, just reach out and let me know as soon as you can. We can talk through what happened and figure out what makes sense.
